Do I need insurance?

CLIENTS MUST HAVE:

  1. AN ACTIVE POLICY AT LEAST ONE MONTH OLD
  2. EXACT NAME AND ADDRESS MUST APPEAR ON THE POLICY AND MUST MATCH THE DRIVERS LICENSE NAME AND ADDRESS
  3. FULL COVERAGE (COMPREHENSIVE & COLLISION) REQUIRED & “PROPERTY DAMAGE LIABILITY” OF $200,000
  4. POLICY MUST FULLY COVER RENTALS FOR PLEASURE USE
  5. POLICY MUST BE TRANSFERABLE WITHOUT LIMITS
  6. CLIENTS WITH PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE FLORIDA MUST HAVE INSURANCE THAT COVERS THE ENTIRE COST OF THE RENTAL CAR. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU DRIVE A HONDA ACCORD, YOUR FULL COVERAGE MUST COVER THE COST OF OUR LUXURY EXOTIC CAR.
  7. WHEN PAYING BY AMERICAN EXPRESS PLATINUM CARD, THE PREMIUM INSURANCE CAN ACT AS A SUPPLEMENT TO YOUR INSURANCE.

A minimum $1,500 security deposit is required. Cash deposits will be returned within 24-48 hours after the rental period if no damages are incurred.

For first time clients, we accept Bank Transfer, Cash, Cash App, Google Pay, Apple Pay, For repeat clients we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express. Cashier’s checks or personal checks are accepted if received 7 days before rental.

Clients and authorized drivers must be at least 25 years old.

Yes, you can add an additional driver to your rental agreement, the same rules and regulations apply for additional drivers such as age (25yrs old), full coverage insurance, clean criminal and driving record.

Once a reservation is made we authorize your credit card for 50% of the rental. Or, you can wire or send us the reservation fee. The cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion for unforeseen events such as weather and/or natural disasters.

The refueling charge for a rental is $5/gallon.

Tolls:

Tolls are charged as a $15/day flat fee and are collected from the security deposit at the end of the rental period.

Driving tickets:

Each driver is responsible for their driving citation’s and driving tickets.

Parking tickets and red light cameras: The renter is fully responsible for any parking citations, and red light camera tickets during the rental period.

Towed vehicle:

Any towing charges or damages incurred during the rental cycle will be deducted from the deposit and/or billed to the client. The client can continue the rental after the charges are paid and the vehicle is released.

We charge the full amount of the rental in advance or on the day of the rental. Once a vehicle is reserved we can’t rent the vehicle during the days of your rental period. If you cancel early, you will be given a credit for future rentals in the amount of days left during your rental period.

Clients are allowed 100 miles per day. If you surpass those miles you will be charged an additional $6.00 per mile.

We charge $5.00 per mile if prepaid.
